    • Sometimes I feel as though apprentices are somewhat detached from the main body of the company due to us attending college solidly for the first year

    • Initially the organisation at the college was not great but it has improved

    • Excellent company to have worked for, plus the opportunity to work on some amazing cars

    • Get used to early starts and negotiating Chichesters one way system
