  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The first year as a level 3 was very unstructured and there was little consistency from the external trainers. This year is more structured as the external trainers have found their feet a bit. We are also more normal employees but do apprenticeship work on the side rather than being an apprentice.

    6/10

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • This year, I feel I have support where I need it and if necessary but obviously I don't need as much support as a first year apprentice.

  • 9b. Why?
  • I've enjoyed it

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Hiscox?
  • Hiscox is a good company to work for and they value their apprentices. You are considered an employee like any one else rather than just an apprentice which means you have just as much responsibility.
