  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I was part of the Smart Futures Programme meaning I done networking opportunities and visited different partners of EY. I also had a weeks work experience in an EY department and watched what people dome there as well as arranged meetings to chat to workers at EY. I also completed a CMI Qualification.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes. I learnt new skills through the CMI Qualification and also learnt a lot of interesting things about EY.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed my programme and wished it lasted longer than the 3 weeks.

  • Very valued. EY have kept in touch and kept me up to date with new opportunities and experiences.

  • My programme was very organised and I think it was structured excellently.

  • I received a lot of support from the people who trained us on the programme. They helped with everything big or small.

  • I believe that EY supported me a lot and still continue to support me by sending me new opportunities.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • When I was at EY I believe that the salary was excellent and very fair.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • Yes. EY continue to send different opportunities for me to take up like different events at the EY office.

  • 9. Would you recommend EY to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • EY was a very fun and interesting experience where I learnt a lot of new skills and met some amazing people. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
  • Whilst applying remember to re-read eveRuthin before you send it away so that there is no mistakes. And if you get through to the telephone interview remember to stay calm and be honest.
