    • Learnt a lot of IT based skills that are extremely relevant in the manufacturing/logistics industry

    • I enjoy it quite a lot, friendly environment and challenging work

    • Feel quite valued at the moment

    • Well structured and was clearly outlined to me

    • Monthly meetings as well as constant contact via email

    • Very well, allows me to save up, and the company offers share schemes and a good pension scheme

    • Enjoyable, good pay, company has decent integrity

    • Research the company beforehand, it can be quite overwhelming given how big it is
