Commercial support Associate - processing invoices, working with account managers and credit control

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Learning more about the role of credit control - internal training with the credit control department

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, it allows me to experience a broader view of the company and all the tasks that credit control have to undertake

4. How valued do you feel by Premier Foods?

Both myself and my manager are undertaking this class so we have both been able to support each other through it

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The classes are very well structured with set topics and objectives that we have to cover each lesson

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

Even though I have not my tutor, I feel I have a lot of support from Tracey. You can email her with any queries or questions you have and she will support you in any way she can

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

The company are very supportive with regards to the apprenticeship, they allow you time to attend the classes during work and if we have any questions, the credit control managers and the head of AR are very accommodating

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

Even though I am on a good salary, the costs of living, travel and daily costs as well as bills are constantly rising so I believe that salaries should match this rise in cost of living

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

There are many company events which take place outside of work and social nights organised by individuals

9. Would you recommend Premier Foods to a friend?

Yes

They are a very good company to work for who are very supportive and try to always cater to your needs
