Yes I have. At the moment I am working towards a foundation degree in chemical science which has taught me a lot about, lab skills, business improvement, health and safety skills and chemistry theory. The work at GSK has also taught me time management and process improvement skills.

I enjoy my programme a lot because it keeps me busy. My daily tasks also change quite frequently which means I don't get bored of doing the same thing everyday. My team are also friendly and easy to communicate with.

I feel very valued because I am used a lot to complete different tasks at the workplace and my manager has regular meetings with me to issue jobs and monitor my development.

It is structured well but sometimes it would be good to have more information about the structure of the final year. However my training, support, meetings and team hierarchy can't be improved.
