Apprentice Manager Review

My role is to maximise sales and assist running the production of the shop floor. This involves delegating responsiblity, keeping on top of backstock and delivery, orders of products, daily paperwork and being the safe key holder

I find Aldi an enjoyable company, the days go quickly, as we are always busy.

I do feel Aldi value their emolyees,I think there is good communication and within the company

I feel my 1St was well structured however the 2ND amd the 3Rd not so much. I feel some of training was neglected yet since moving stores this has improved.

She was very helpful and informative, I never had an issue. Was very good.

Feel more support could have been given, didnt feel some manager took the apprenticeship seriously and therefore had lack of training

I am now £8.90 which is excellent for an apprenticeship

Aldi is very social, we have done alot of TCT events together, and also fun runs

The pay is good, the work is busy so doesn't get dull, staff have always been enjoyable

Know it's not easy like other retailes, amd work hard
