Command line based Coding in UNIX and SQL Training where required and supporting the team where possible.

Learnt several coding languages and updating my skill level. Continuously learning new ones throughout the programming.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I personally love the apprenticeship program I have enrolled on with Accenture. The people are welcoming and friendly I feel like I am part of a team and add value, as well as being content with how much I'm leaning through Uni and on the job experiences.

Very valued my team inside work often involve me in work and challenge my skills in order to up-skill me and ultimately add to the team.

Very well organised persistent organisational path for the program.

Moderate I rely more on Uni and my Team lead to train me where necessary

Excellent mental health awareness, diversity support, BUPA Healthcare, Buddy System to allow any internal conflicts to be resolved.

Moderately. Fairly competitive Salary.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

Yes plenty Accenture has an extremely social work environment inside and out of work quarterly events, Christmas, parties leaving events, TAG events, Networking events.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?

Be interested in the business, research Accenture, have a passion for IT, be confident in yourself, work in a group well, deliver your points and take into account others, Accenture want to model you around them and will teach you the skills required no matter your prior experience.
