  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Premier Centre Coordinator: I work with Premier customers to resolve any of their issues at first point of contact, I work alongside the premier team to help them by providing administrative tasks and helping them with diary management. I am currently the international advocate and have the responsibility to keeep the branch up to date with information and ensure that all my colleagues have all the support and coaching that they need. Every day I make sure I contact customer to maximise their needs, by phone and email this ensures that they are recieving the most from their service.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Grown in confidence, by completing tasks which I have never completed or had to action before. Built up team leader skills by taking morning meetings and provding coaching wtih my peers.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme very much there is loads of opportunity for development. The team are all very supportive and helpful. I have enjoyed the roles I have taken I have improved in lots of different ways.

  • I feel very valued, I have been given lots of opportunities within the company, and lots of support has been provided.

  • The training for the programme has been provided by my colleagues I am very glad that I have taken part in it.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Support from apprenticeship tutor, is minimal as not based at area we work at, calls made however not as frequenlty as wanted not very organised towards the end as new programme.

  • I recieve lots of support from my employer, however would have liked more time set aside for the programme.

  • My salary meets the costs and my expectations

  • There are loads of oppotunities within and outside work, very happy with my level of progression.
