    • My role is an apprentice maintenance technician for BMW Group plant Hams Hall. My role is to work on and maintain any aspects of the engine line whether it be during shutdown or a station breakdown.

    • I have learnt many new skills including better communication, and the ability to adapt to others strengths and weaknesses accordingly.

    • I enjoy the program alot as it is good to learn the new skills i have aquired

    • I feel as an apprentice, a valued part of the BMW Group company

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • The program we are on is very well organised and created to specialise in our job roles. However the college we go to (James Watt BMET) is very unorganised.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

    • We do receive a lot of feedback and reviews on our behaviour and our progress. Regular reviews and support is supplied as well.

    • Our manager comes in regularly to keep us up to date on the goings on with the company and things to do with our jobs, HR team is also there at any time if we need.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

    • My salary is very good and at the age of 17 it meets my costs

    • We went on a group trip to skern lodge and a trip down to oxford plant.

    • Yes

    • It is a very decorated company and the benefits for working for them are very high
