I enjoy the programme very much. It has exceeded my expectations in everyway. The team I work with and the company culture is excellent.
I feel I fit in really well at Pfizer. I feel just as part of the team as permanent employees. I have had the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects. I have also received two recognition rewards for my contribution to these projects.
The programme is structed very well. For my job role I was upskilled very quickly. My first three weeks was near constant inductions which was really benefically. For my education I have received email communications on timelines for my courses by the education provider. Pfizer has been very accomodating to fit my work schedule around my education schedule.
The training provider are very helpful in providing support. They have provided several ways to contact them if I need help.
My managers and team are really helpful and supportive. I know I can talk to anyone about an issue I may have. It is a very honest and great work environment.
I am currently living at home so my expenses are low. So my salary does meet my costs. However if I wanted to move out, which I would like to do in the near future, I am unable to do so as the costs would be too high.
I have attended several company events and activities which are a great opportunity to network and team build.
Yes
It is a great place to work. I enjoy coming to work everyday.
If going into a finance role, knowing how to use Microsoft Excel would be very useful. In the interview just be calm and be yourself.
