I work in business operations, i have a very diverse role with a lot of different tasks every day. i work closely with a lot of inernal colleagues on projects and assisting with technology upgrades, as well as working with external compnaies such as Vodafone on our mobile contracts.
yes, since i have been at Pfizer i have established a portfolio of new skills, including general networking and work-place behaviour skills. i have been on numerous training courses to develop my IT skills and allow me to work with a variety of programmes such as excell and powerpoint effectiently.
i really enjoy the work that i do, my role is diverse and there is always a lot going on so i am never bored or finding time where i have nothing to do. My team are all very nice and provide assistance whenever i need it, Pfizer has a very unique culture and it makes the work enviornment friendly and welcoming.
I feel appreciated, i have been given a number of opportunities of projects and other interesting tasks to work on that has given me recognition within my department but also throughout the business.
it is well structured, sometimes there is an inbalance between work and coursework but there is always time to ctach up. generally everything has been planned and sturctued well and accordingly
whenever i have had queries they have been resolved fairly quickly, there hasven't been many issues at all. As i said before tsometimes it ca be a challenege to fit in coursework along with my day to day tasks but generally there is a fair balance
Pfizer as a compnay and my team all support me as much as i need, i feel very fortunate to be within this organisation and to work within the team i do as i recieve support instantly when it is needed
it can be challenging as the salary is fairly low, however i still manage. sometimes i just have to be cautious of what i sepnd as i save half of my pay each month
