It is my job to learn everything that happens in the store. For example how deliveries are completed, many functions with the HHT including price checks and the zero to zero process, also to give the best customer service I can to ensure we are first choice for customers to shop with.
Yes. I have learnt how to talk to customers of all ages and how to adapt my tone of voice so they can understand me, I have also learned how to become quick and efficient when putting out delivery of stock on the shop floor.
I enjoy the programme very much. I'm glad I decided to do it.
I feel like any normal worker at Superdrug valued as an equal just like any other workers at Superdrug.
It is organised exceptionally, no complaints at all everything is very well explained and I know what I have to do when I am set tasks to complete by a certain time.
I recieve a lot of support if I need it, if I am unsure of something or an answer I have put I will discuss it on the visit or I can always email my training provide to understand a little bit more in depth about what something means.
I receive a lot of support from my employer, if I need to ask something I will and if I'm still inside ill keep asking until I understand. My employer has been great in showing me knew things and what the best way to do that is.
For an apprenticeship it's good money, it could be just a slightly higher wage as some months can be a slight struggle but all in all its fairly decent.
I'm not sure. I like to go to work do the best job I can and outside of work I like to chill and do my own thing unrelated to the work environment. Sometimes you need to take time to yourself and focus on other things important in life.
Yes
It is a good company that wants the best for its customers.the company prides itself on cruelty free products that are exclusive to Superdrug/made by Superdrug. 100% happiness money back guarantee is another great thing for the customers. It's a friendly environment to walk into and to shop and be a part of.
Be yourself as much as you can, even if you struggle with confidence working at Superdrug can build that confidence up. It gives you a purpose and is great when you need to aim for something in a working environment there are so many opportunities at this company.
