Also experienced with rent reviews, CVA's, Pop up stores, liasing with tenants and their acting agents on new deals. Exisiting Skills that have been developed are - interpersonal (phone, email, networking), ITZA Zoning skills, negotiation skills and the understanding of a retail lease adn landlord and tenant provisions/covenants.
I throughly enjoy my programme, it has exceeded my expectations. The company itself is a great place to start my career; with the support and culture being very welcoming, understanding and accomodating. I have been exposed to clients and the in house senior leadership team to share both my ideas, thoughts and experiences and have alsways receieved a positive response.
Very, I think I have made my reconginiton on my own accord. When i started there were not many on the traineeship programme so i feel as though i had no choice. However i feel as though now, this is not the case with the new apprenticeship scheme.
I think it was well structured and organised with enough support.
More than enough they are always on hand and ready to help whenever they can.
The support is enough, i think they all make an effort to accomodate my university schedule and understand my workload.
I think for London, the wage should be higher as being a part time student you are not elidgible to get Student Loan. So when you are just depending on your wage to support your costs it can be tight.
