  • I currently work in HR within the performance management team. On a day to day basis I look after secondment reports, appeals, priority tracker, WaS, how to guides, indicative ratings, the mid year process.

  • I have learnt how to use excel and I've developed strong excel skills

  • I'm really enjoying my programme, as the experience I am getting is invaluable

  • I feel very valued by Santander, as everyone is always trying to help

  • My programme is well organised and structured, there is always something to do and I'm constantly learning and developing new skills

  • There isn't a great deal of support, however they can be contacted and normally a response or help is provided quickly
