  • Management Accounts Apprentice -Updating balance sheets and P&L's - Assisting with staffing and updating figures - Budgeting -Reviewing and coding subscriptions -Reviewing Accruals and prepayments -Aiding in the workings of financial statements -Assisting Management Accountants

  • -Working on Level 2 AAT -Lots of internal training and mentoring

  • -Interesting and varied work -Friendly and helpful teammates -Flexible and understanding in regards to study

  • -Lots of recognition and appreciation from team and immediate managers

  • -Well structured -Large element of self organisation etc. -Support from mentors -Clear team structure

  • -Level two course -Regular lessons -Sometimes struggles to correlate between work and study - won't stray from syllabus to assist with work related queries

  • -Brilliant manager and mentor -Understanding of study requirements and willing to take time out of the day to assist with any study queries. -Teaches and explains all work related activities in a way that is related to study/understandable

  • -Not a highly paid position but imagine other apprentices have much worse pay.
