Most of the skills I have earned through working. I have developed further on existing skills, most which were in thanks to LBG, who opened up many development doors, access to events for apprentice's only.

The programme from the learning programme has been difficult. The course is a year long and it has been up and down, due to tutor changes and changes to branches.

I feel quite valued as being an apprentice has opened opportunities to network, attended special events, gain additional support, mentors and develop with a clear path.

Unfortunately it has been very disorganized, issues with the learning programme, moves to different branch, including difficulty I have had outside work from personal circumstances.

The first tutors I had were not supportive, the current tutor I have been assigned is great. She checks on my development and pushes me hard to excel in my training.

As the branches were short in staff, the branches I was at initially was unable to provide me the time, the current branch I'm working at is providing me all the support. I am there temporarily, however I hope to complete my training in that short time.

I'm quite sure that I'm paid the same salary as non-apprentice. So I can't complain. However, considering the status of the current economy we could all do with a raise.

Outside of work, not very much so. It has benefited me inside work however.

From my own experiences, I have found that it's a great company to work for. Your development lies in your own committment and drive to excel. There are plenty of opportunities to develop and network.
