I am a Apprentice Rating Surveyor, working as part of the rating team within Cushman & Wakefield. I am responsible for dealing with various clients and inspections and liasing with clients to save the money. This differs day to day between inspections, admin work, client liasing and university work.
I have developed many new skills relating to specialist software relating to rating and a good understanding of surveying and how the rating system works
The program is excellent, providing good support networks and social interactions within the business.
I feel very valued by Cushman & Wakefield, I am treated as an adult and given the full responsibility as any other employee.
The program is very well structured with clear paths and progress of what we will be doing and how it will move forward.
The training provider support is lacking more than I would like, the training provider is mostly good but lacks a lot of 1 to 1 support.
The employer gives exemplary support and will help with all they can to improve the experience at the company.
Around 45% of the salary is immediatley spent on my costs. Covering Rent from Parents, Travel Costs and Paying University Debts.
There are opportunities to go to multiple events and join multiple sports teams
Yes
It is a good company providing a great support network and assisting with the learning process to get into a good sector.
I would recommend being enthusiastic about the job and showing a good knowledge about the sector.
