  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Developed existing skills and found the course a good refresher. I find the text book and online resources very helpful. I think it is a better setup than in previous yars as it helps to save paper. It also means that uploading and checking my work is much quicker . I can also use the phone app to upload information to my assignments.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very structured and lets me plan monthly and weekly what work I need to complete when. I am happy with the layout of the course. I know exactly what is required from me and this helps me to plan ahead both daily and weekly. I think the online platform is good but not happy that I cannot upload assignments from work.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I find it is adequate. Ive had to rely on family members to loan me the funds to obatin a laptop in order to be able to complete my apprenticehsip course as I cannot uplaod my assignments at work due to system security.
