  • 9. Would you recommend KFC UK & I to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Very few companies I have worked for encourage growth and development from the very bottom very few see everyone as an individual with different potentials and values to offer the company different strengths to help grow and develop kfc gave a single mum with not much going for her the chance to prove she had more the chance to know her own mind and work to improve her lifestyle to make true lasting friendships and feel less alone to feel aside from motherhood I had a purpose I had a reason to go on fighting because I was helping others i.proving working conditions and helping my colleagues create a better work environment and I couldn't have learned so much about myself of I hadn't started at kfc 4 years ago

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KFC UK & I?
  • Come in and have a trial shift this style of work may not be for everyone but if you give it a chance and see if you can fit into the variety of stations available to work at you may surprise yourself what your you're capable of and become someone you didn't know you could be there are so many development opportunties available and chances to learn that just aren't available im other companies. Be brave be yourself and see if you have what it takes for the colonel and if the colonel has what it takes to make you happy
