  • I enjoy my work but wish I was moved around so I could learn all aspects of the job

  • i am often recognised for my hard work

  • Not very, lack of movement and training. Just put with another engineer for a few weeks then started working by myself

  • My development coach is fantastic and helps me complete my nvq work to my highest ability

  • As much as I need

  • Yes

  • Because it is a good well paid job with a good future but certain areas can be badly managed

  • Be keen to learn otherwise you probably wont
