  • Appreciated for completing tasks and helping with stock management. Valued by suppliers for being organised and quick to respond to queries

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very! Our LDA coach is very supportive and helpful. We are provided with time off the job to complete work involving the apprenticeship which really helps to balance the job and apprenticeship separately. Our work is handed in regularly and marked promptly where we receive useful feedback and the chance to improve our work.

  • Lots! email queries always responded to, check in sessions, reaches out to us, provides clear and useful guidance.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I feel i receive support to complete my apprenticeship work however taking a study day can be disruptive in the team with my work being passed on to others on these days, however it is essential study days are taken for us to comply with the apprenticeship regulations, and for us to keep on top of our work.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • We are provided with a good salary as we receive a Level 4 at the end of it however it would be great if it could be more!

  • Yes

  • Great place to work and provided with a variety of training courses to up skill. Culture in the office makes it a nice environment to work in


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Tesco?
  • Be yourself as the job needs to be right for you. Carry out research on what the roles involve and have a clear understanding of this.
