  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I work in the Accounts Payable Department. I am responsible for several tasks including paying invoices, building relationships with new vendors and distributing the buildings post. I have daily interactions with internal members of staff including my line manager, supervisor and colleagues and dealing with any queries with vendors. I am also in constant interactions with external vendors whom I deal with. My main responsibility is making sure my vendors invoices are getting processed on time and they receive payment as soon as possible. Also I look after several inboxes making sure all queries are resolved urgently and any tasks that have been sent directly to my personal inbox.
