  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the beginning of the induction it was very informative and also the training was great. At first during the 2 weeks of training with my mentor it was overwhelming and then once I had been able to branch out by myself I was then able to develop myself further and learn key skills. I have the support of an amazing team who are able to help me with questions if I don't know the answer to it. the managers have been organized and structured with my studying by allowing me the 3+ hours a week for me to do my work towards my diploma in business admin. we have meetings with the way the team works and this allows us to contribute any concerns and changes we think would benefit the team and mentoring as well. the task delegation is what the coordinators have delegated at the start of the day and I think this is very well structured as we are then able to know what we have been assigned to do. I feel my programme from start to finish was extremely well organised in relation to when I was able to do my work and then also do my diploma.
