  • Very. the support everyone receives in this team is incredible and we are all one big family under the Virgin umbrella.

  • The course is well structured and is designed to suit individuals who both work and study at the same time.

  • Training is always provided and everyone is supported in accordance to their PDP.

  • My employer is always on hand to mentor and support me when required.

  • For the level of degree I am doing and the amount of work I am putting in, I am satisfied with my salary.

  • As an apprentice I feel as though I don't take part in enough activities outside of work. This is something that I feel could change in the future.

  • Yes

  • A very calm and relaxed working environment. Help is always provided and one of the main reasons I love working here is that it is your responsibility to improve yourself and take your skill set to the next level.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
  • Be eager to learn and be prepared to learn something new everyday. Always be open to working with different teams/ clients and with the right mentoring... embrace the future as a fully qualified networking engineer.
