    • Substation craftsperson apprentice. carrying out maintenance and testing on HV mechanical and LV equipment. And completing training tasks.

    • I have learnt to work well as part of a team. Gained my City and Guilds qualification and have been working towards my NVQ.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoy the work life balance at the moment and get on well with the team I work with.

    • I feel we are valued, however more could be done

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • the programme is very well planned however it can be frustrating booking holidays around college courses but 90 percent of the time this isn't an issue

    • the support we receive has been excellent. If you are struggling help is available.

    • The support we have received when needed has been very good
