  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I am enjoying the programme as it teaches me a lot about the industry and how the regulatory environment directly affects what we do. I can pass this knowledge onto other team members and this in turn allows other people a better understanding. I can see that our company culture exceeds the regulatory minimum requirements.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • At the moment I'm not getting involved in any additional projects, training nor am I recognised as someone who is doing this apprenticeship. Whilst this is frustrating that I can't put my knowledge to good use, I expect that once I finish the course more opportunities will be made available to me.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Good, clear units to pass, the books are broken down into chapters to help monitor your progression. Mentor support is normally quite good, and feedback is provided on course units.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

  • RSA fully pay for the course
