Point of Contact, working primarily on UK Health services. Responsibilities include Network support, Planning and implementing changes to the current infrastructure, Datacentre infrastructure installation, migration of services.
Basic knowledge of Cisco routers, switches and firewalls. Basic knowledge of firewall technologies including Cisco and Juniper PowerShell scripting

Induction and regular training given in a organised manner with room for continuous tutoring via any one of my colleagues
Tutors respond fairly quickly, and often with the desired amount of information and support
I am confident I will receive support the moment I ask for it
The only downside to the apprenticeship is a 15k wage, barely liveable in a town like leamington.
The are loads of events to participate in, with an added opportunity to create something myself through our life at Warwick scheme
