1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

It involves a range of different things each day. This can include working back stocks when I come in, having the safe, doing off sales, de-carding the shop, jumping on a till when I need to. Each day is different in store and that’s why I enjoy it so much.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot since starting my apprenticeship. I feel as though I have gained a lot more confidence in myself. I have learned to be a better communicator and how to lead people effectively.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed every part of my programme, meeting new people and learning the role of being a manager.

I feel very valued by Aldi.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well structured, some questions or the things I need to do can be a little bit tricky but I know I can count on my employer or trainer to help me out.

I have just recently got a new training provider and already feel as though she is very supportive. I know I can email or text her if I get stuck on any of the questions/work that she has given me.

My employer is very supportive when learning new things they always take the time to make sure I understand.

My salary/package exceeds expectations. I am very happy with them.
