  • My role is team leader FOH & BOH! FOH requires me to be the best! Being duty manager which involves cashing up, banking, saving labour where possible, kitchen checks, wacky checks, organisation etc. BOH involves making sure deep clean is done, food quality is good and speed of service is correct etc.
