My job title is marketing coordinator. Day to day tasks would include some price research, helping to communicate with agencies regarding projects, and attending meetings with my managers to keep me in the loop with whats going on.
As of yet i haven't learnt any new skills as I have only recently joined this apprenticeship. I do feel i could be doing a bit more focused to marketing/digital marketing so that my skilss are being developed.
I do enjoy working at 3M. The company and the people are very nice. I would like to get a bit more involved and start to learn a bit more though. This is what is bringing my star rating down a little.
I feel a bit valued by 3M and my managers but i feel like im not that involved and contributing a lot at the moment.
My work is well organised as I know what im meant to be doing and there is guidance when i need it. My learning at QA is confusing. I have not really had everything explained and there is still a lot that is up in the air and im not really sure about. I think there should be more contact and support from QA.
Not that m,uch. I have just had my 1st week of training at QA but apart from that I have not really received much.
I receive support when i need it from 3M. My managers are busy but if i ever need help they are happy to show me and take some time with me.
I feel my salary is ok. I feel it could be a bit more as sometimes I feel like im running low. But it isnt an awful wage.
I have had some opportunities to go to London for a couple of days and to have store visits. So i would say when there is opportunities, I have been welcomed to go along.
Yes
I feel they are a good company to start a caeer with and I can definitely see myself working my way up. I think any of my friends wouldlike this company.
To be as thorough as possible and to know exactly what you are going to be doing when having the interview.
