  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The training we receive is of very high quality. Some of the best in the Telecoms sector. a 6 week intensive training course and a whole other NVQ is what we have been set to hit the ground running and learn and grow on the job as well as this. considering the role which i am in is a very specific role a new program had to be built specifically for the 4 apprentices within this sector. This shows just how well BT can accomodate and adapt as a company.
