Creating Mulberry bags by hand including using different sewing machines.
I have learn’t many new skills such as: stitching, inking and skiving.
I enjoy coming into working knowing I contribute towards the making of a famous Mulberry product.
Mulberry value their staff as if they are one big family.
Throughout the program, you have the chance to learn many roles that are incorporated into making a product. You also have a chance to learn everything from beginning to end about leather and the company.
Throughout the whole program, you are supported by many people such as your training coordinator, your supervisor and the college. Everyone around are very keen to help you, and give as much support as you need.

The salary was good for me as I was able to run a car, pay my rent and have plenty of extra money to have for myself.
Most experiences Mulberry provide are during work time. However, the college course can be completed outside of work times.

Mulberry as a company treat staff like a family as it keeps the family heritage alive. Everyone is treated with respect and kindness.
I started my apprenticeship in 2015, finishing the next year in June. Since then I have made many friends and have had many opportunities to progress through the company.
