  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • i recieve a lot of support from the traning manager with them only being an email away from help. there are also assigned mentors for when you enter a department so that day to day issues are delt with by the correct people. the attatude towards support is also very good with people understanding that you havent yet learnt everything.

  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • as the apprentship is very good setting me up well for the future as well as giving me an almost garented job at the end of it. the salary is great and the car scheme is one of the best parts for me. it would be highely recceomened over a striught collage uni route as the same qualifications are gained whilst being paied.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BMW Group?
  • make sure to apply early and go though the application process with care. for the interviews make sure to be confident and bring in prior stuff that you have done. the assesment days are not that bad and they are not designed to fail you but to prove that you are good at what you do and show that to them.
