  • 4. How valued do you feel by Pfizer?
  • My manager always thanks me for my work and asks me if i understood it completely and offers to help on anything i'm unsure on. If i send completed tasks to other members within the company they usually thank me for my efforts and this always gets back to my manager. Everyone makes sure we are fully involved and even if we cant help the team will explain what they are working on to help our understanding.

  • I recieve a vast amount of support from my employer and i couldnt ask for anymore.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • I find the salary isn't what i expected and i do struggle each month with living costs. After paying for food, bills, travel, insurance and normal living costs i am left with very little money each month making it almost impossible to buy things for myself. I'm meant to be moving out shortly and will have to do some serious saving in order to do so.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?
  • There are a few company events outside of work like at the science museum in London. Recently i have heard about the chance of doing a few volunteering activities that i am interested in doing. There is a gym facility at work and classes but i have a membership at one outside of work instead. When i'm not working i'm at the gym or with my family.

  • 9. Would you recommend Pfizer to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a highly active and interesting company to work for which values you and your efforts greatly.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Pfizer?
  • Definately do some research on the company beforehand as this is something employers look for. When it comes to the interview dress smart and try and relax, they aren't trying to scare you just be yourself and answer their questions the best you can. Keep a good posture and stay open which means don't fiddle with things, keep eye contact and direct yourself towards the interviewer.
