  • 4. How valued do you feel by Siemens?
  • Even though Siemens in such a large company and you come onto the scheme reasonably inexperienced, everybody in the teams I have worked in are extremely helpful at helping me out in my role. You very quickly settle into your role within a placement and can see how the work you are doing is benefiting and helping the team around you.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • As mentioned before the scheme is split up into numerous placements over the three year scheme. These placements are organised far in advance and you receive lots of support from your manager when looking into your second and third year placements and what type of roles you are interested in. Our CIMA studies are also very well structured alongside this.
