Portfolio Insights Manager Review

Retail Development Programme Candidate Undertake most if not all role within the Barclays Branch I would interact with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. I would also attend university classes which where in blocks over the year. I was involved in work projects sponsored by various stakeholders within the business.

I learnt to understand excellent service delivery, managing my workload, managing stakeholders, career management. I managed to embark on analytics within that I managed to develop my script / code writing, in SAS, SQL, and Python, I also managed to attend training with QlikView to become a QlikView developer and programmer.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience, I had the opportunity to switch roles in the branch and head office and got to understand the bigger picture of the organisation

The programme was well organized

I received all the support required, be it at work or for university purposes. The programme manager and early careers team worked in collaboration with the university so this provided a unqiue support network.
