  • Its a sales and retentions role and we have to take calls and provide an excellent customer serivce

  • I have improved on my sales skills and my customer service skills

  • I used to enjoy my apprenticeship and now that I am coming to the end of it I am looking for something else as I find taking calls boring and not really something I am enjoying.

  • Not very valued to be honest

  • Not very well organised we always have problems with our apprenticeship times etc

  • We do not get that much support

  • Not much or none at all, our employer doesn't really support the apprenticeship

  • The pay is really good

  • None at all we do not get to go to any events or anything its really boring

  • No

  • Its not a very good company to work for you are not treated with respect the management isn't very good and theres not much support

  • Read through your contract properly and the role you are applying for
