  • Software Distribution Engineer. Install/Upgrade of internal software applications. communication with staff on updates and fixes, i will communicate with external staff regarding their machine. Ensure the procedures put out by my manager is followed 100%. No projects at this time.

  • I have done 2 Training programs since starting. Radia training, and LEAN training. these count as transferable qualifications.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • My team is amazing and fun to work with. The culture is brilliant as there are many charity events. It meets my expectations very well.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Fujitsu?
  • The manager appreciates my work as i have been rewarded on multiple times. my collegues are aware of my performance and recognise my talents. I have been involved in a big task which involves the whole organisation. this is an upgrade to the system.

  • Induction was not as organised as i expected however this was made obvious by the fact that i am the first apprentice in the team. the training is excellent.

  • Be Very team orientated and confident. If you are a good people person you will be alright.
