  • Higher Apprentice responsible for managing business customers' BT public Wi-Fi and BT's internal networks. Interacting with business customers on a daily basis as well as BT/Openreach engineers.

  • Level 3 NVQ and Foundation Degree in progress. Training provided by BT for internal knowledge.
