  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My job role is an FTTP network delivery engineer. Day to day I connect customers, new site plots and businesses to our fibre network providing the best quality of service I can. I work as part of a team of two and rarely deal with customers face to face. Usually our connections take place before the customer moves in. I am responsible for safety, my own as well as those around me and I am responsible for providing the best possible service for our customers.
