  • On a day to day basis my role includes payroll, managing the process of new starters/candidates (on-boarding) drafting up letters, supporting BPs and advisors and other general admin duties

  • Yes since being at colt i have definatly learnt alot of skills, this is due to on the job training, being in the office meeting new people and also i have learnt skills through bbp university

  • I enjoy the team i work with, the company is also a very good company

  • Yes people and the culture make you feel valued

  • At first it was very confusing but after speaking with bpp and early careers it seemed to all work out

  • I email my skills development coach and module teacher alot and there resposnes are quiet prompt

  • My Manager is very supportive along with my team, I have 1 day a week where i just study all day

  • I think that Colt offer a good salary compared to other companies

  • Yes networking at colt is a very big thing, most employees are easy to speak to

  • Yes

  • I think that overall Colt is an brilliant company to work for and would 100% recommend the apprenticeship scheme to any friend as i think it is the perfect start to a carreer


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Colt Technologies?
  • Don't be scared to be yourself, its daunting at first but you will defiantly find your feet
