On a day to day basis my role includes payroll, managing the process of new starters/candidates (on-boarding) drafting up letters, supporting BPs and advisors and other general admin duties
Yes since being at colt i have definatly learnt alot of skills, this is due to on the job training, being in the office meeting new people and also i have learnt skills through bbp university
I enjoy the team i work with, the company is also a very good company
Yes people and the culture make you feel valued
At first it was very confusing but after speaking with bpp and early careers it seemed to all work out
I email my skills development coach and module teacher alot and there resposnes are quiet prompt
My Manager is very supportive along with my team, I have 1 day a week where i just study all day
I think that Colt offer a good salary compared to other companies
Yes networking at colt is a very big thing, most employees are easy to speak to

I think that overall Colt is an brilliant company to work for and would 100% recommend the apprenticeship scheme to any friend as i think it is the perfect start to a carreer
Don't be scared to be yourself, its daunting at first but you will defiantly find your feet
