  • 9b. Why?
  • Boots have been delivering apprenticeships for along time, and many of the apprentices employed are still here. They provide lots of support to the new apprentices who join the business. I get support from my function, and the senior leaders take an active interest in how I am performing. I receive further development workshops that help me focus on my own personal self-awareness, that support my growth.
