Trainee Netowrk Planner. Producing high quailty transport plans. Communicating with depots. Providing cost saving iniatives. Communicating with managers.

I have learnt a considerable amount about logistics and supply chains. I have also furthered my knowledge of excel.

I enjoy my programme a lot, and enjoy working as a team

I feel i recieve adequet appreciation from internal managers. I feel i recieve good appreciation from externalmanagers. I have been tasked with a couple of important projects in my time here.

To begin with it was very unorganised and unstructured due to us being the first apprentices. It took a long time for us to recieve a development plan. There was a well organised mentor system.

The first year of our nvq the support was minimual and the NVQ seemed unrelated. The second year for our level 3 we had a different learning provider and have recieved much more support and help. With in depth explainations.

I recieve a good level of support from my employer, who will answer any question that i may have or point me in the right direction to find out for myslef.

The salay is good and is higher than the costs to, get to work, and living costs.

There are minimual social events outside of work hours. Although there is an option to join the social club and get discounts on days out at UK attractions and London shows.
