    • Yes I have developed a good understanding and knowledge of CAD and Certain engineering practices.

    • I really enjoy my work, I find it very interesting and my colleagues are very friendly and easy to approach.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Arup?

    • I feel very valued as they treat apprentices like full time employees and give you responsibilities on jobs instead of being given small unusual tasks to do.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    • I think its well organized as, when coordinating with my college and STEGTA there is a constant track on my progress and myself and the company know how I'm doing.

    • I receive enough support and i can receive more if necessary.

    • I receive enough support and i can receive more if necessary.

  • 8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

    • Yes there are both social opportunities, as well as opportunities for me to travel to other offices and go out on site.

    • Yes

    • It is an excellent company with a lot to offer an apprentice.

    • Take every opportunity you can.
