I have been through highs and lows throughout my role but I still do something different everyday and despite the lows I still have not considered going elsewhere

I do not feel valued by the business itself. However I do receive recognition from within the workplace such as from my manager and so forth.

I am one of the first apprentice to come to this section of BT and therefor it was difficult at the beginning as there was no plan set into place; I am now a year and a half in and there is now a good structure that can be used for new apprentices that join the business

My training provider and employer are the same. I receive good support when I require it however I am only having a meeting every 6 weeks with my NVQ coach to discuss targets and out safety + wellbeing. I am not given any more guidance towards what work I complete

It just covers my living costs with not much spare. I am on my second year, 6 months from finishing and I am still on lower pay than the lowest band in the warehouse. However, I receive very good pay for an apprentice.

There are lots of events outside of work if I want them. For example we go on work trips and work events with other members of the business quite often to build bonds and team skill.

Prepare well for your interview. Working at BT isn't a walk in the park and you are required to challenge yourself and push your boundaries to develop yourself.
