Apprentice Technician Building Services Review

Building Services Apprentice Technician, aiding in the production of drawings, using 3d modelling software, such as Revit. I have previously worked Data centres and hospitals.

Yes, i have learnt many skills on a wide range of software. Such as, revit, autocad and dynamo. On top of this i am currently working towards a level 3 btec and NVQ qualifications.

I mostly enjoy the exposure i get to work on big project all across the world. Which furthers my knowledge and experience.

I feel valued by my team and manager

The programme could be organised better, allowing for more allocated engineering time. Also more clarity on what the Level 6 apprenticeship course entails would be good.

The college of North west london is pretty poor when it comes to teachers/tutors.

I receive support and understanding from my manager when it comes to college work.

The salary is good compared to other apprenticeships, with regular increases. However my train fare is quite high, so i dont manage to save much.

Yes, there are lots of social events, drinking, eating, sports and Christmas parties.

Because its a very good career path.

the whole course is about 6-7 years long of education one day a week.
