  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • As I was the inducted as part of the first year of apprentices that Fujitsu have employed the induction process still had a few creases to iron out however after a few weeks, once the administration side of things had been completed, it was basically business as usual as I found that you quickly pick things up and are trusted to complete tasks on your own. The qualification side of the apprenticeship was well organised from day one with a clear plan and timeline for tasks to be completed by.

  • My adviser is very helpful and always contactable via email. He has no issues with helping me with any problems or enquiries that I have. He is also always very prepared for our monthly meetings and always sends me a plan a week or two before the meeting so I am aware of any work that I need to do before the meeting and a follow up email after the meeting.
