  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • When I first joined the company there was an induction week to allow us to learn information about the program and interact with other people on my same intake. Along with this the week was really enjoyable and fun. After this initial week we went to stay on-campus at Aston Uni where I trained in java and sql. This was a great structure as it allowed us to build up lots of knowledge in these skills that I still use regularly. After the initial training I finally got integrated into the business where I started working full time. Along with working full time I also had to study in the evenings for my uni work.
