  • Capgemini makes everyone feel like a worthwhile resource, with excellent resource managers to gauge a balance between learning new skills and practicing previous skills when assigning you to projects. • 9b. Why?
  • The hands on skills learnt, the practical business learning and the secure job at the end of the scheme are more than enough to warrant a recommendation. • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Take a look at Capgemini's seven core values and how those can apply to you personally. Be informative with your responses where you can, be friendly and confident. Capgemini doesn't look for a highly skilled or experienced people, but rather people that hold the right attitude to learn and develop themselves. In the interview, be confident in your abilities and who you are, and approach it with a collaborative mindset rather than a competition for the role
